Welcome to the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Resource Center at the Royal Institute of Management and Advanced Studies (RIMAS), an NCTE-approved institution. Our dedicated center is designed to provide B.Ed. students with the essential tools, resources, and hands-on training to master technology integration in education.

The RIMAS ICT Resource Center functions as a practical laboratory where theory meets technological application, aligning perfectly with the competencies required by the NCTE B.Ed. curriculum.

• Adequate Computing Facilities: We maintain a well-equipped lab with a sufficient number of modern desktop computers to ensure all students have individual, uninterrupted access during practical sessions.

• High-Speed Internet Access: The center is powered by high-speed internet connectivity, enabling students to conduct online research, access educational portals, download e-resources, and utilize cloud-based learning tools.

• Relevant Software: Our systems are loaded with educational and professional software essential for B.Ed. training, including:

  • Presentation Software (e.g., PowerPoint)

  • Educational Content Creation Tools

  • Statistical Analysis Software (for research papers and thesis work)

The ICT Resource Center is central to developing the technological pedagogical skills of our future teachers:

2. Developing E-Content: The center provides the platform for students to practice developing engaging digital lessons, multimedia presentations, and educational videos, which are critical for modern classroom instruction.

3. Familiarization with Educational Technology: We facilitate exploration of emerging technologies like Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual labs, and other educational applications that streamline teaching, assessment, and record-keeping.
